    in the land."

    Hlodyn reflects deeply on the conspiracy
    as well as the newly revealed information.

    "Jormungandr, better known as Tycho Brahe,
    was given orders by me for your rigorous
    secret training. You are now a supreme
    alchemist, and I have special work for you."

    "All is and has been well. Let's go home."

  128. Hlodyn returns to Vingtor and is greeted
    with open arms. Osiris has appointed her
    the highest status an alchemist can have
    in the land.

    Thanks to this promotion, she has her own
    palace, her own servants, and finds the man
    of her dreams. Hlodyn and Hangatyr are
    married in a grand wedding, and soon start
    a family of their own.

    Hlodyn Daeg and her family truly are happy.
    Her life is as ideal as she could ever dream.

  132. Hlodyn returns to Vingtor and is greeted

    slowly takes a toll on her body. There
    are days where she becomes bed ridden and
    cannot function physically.

    Hlodyn uses her abilities to scour the
    elements for a cure, but each new cure only
    works for a short time. Increased tolerance
    calls for more of the cure, until there are
    eventually new side effects.

    It has become a way of life for her to succumb
    and recuperate for weeks at a time. She knows
    she will only get worse.

    Alchemists, after all, never live long...

  137. It was a time of great peace in the land
    of Vingtor. Lord Fenris, the kingdom's
    ruler for 20 consecutive years, rules with
    a steel lance and a warm heart.

    He entered the realm during war, and since
    claiming the throne, Vingtor has known great
    peace and prosperity.

    For the first time in centuries, everyone in
    the kingdom loves their king. Being a
    commoner himself in youth, Fenris is
    kind and just to the people.

  139. One memorial day, Lord Fenris began acting
    strangely, and then disappeared entirely from
    Vingtor overnight.

    A scouting team was sent to track him.

    They had discovered he traveled by boat
    to the abandoned island of Ancient Kimia.
    Soldiers and scouts surveyed the island,
    but could not find King Fenris.

    Due to Ancient Kimia's alchemic roots,
    they thought someone trained in alchemy
    would be able to find the king.

  141. Many alchemists used their abilities on the
    enchanted island, and discovered that Lord
    Fenris entered the sealed Grimoire Grand Hall.

    Hlodyn Daeg, a budding alchemic apprentice,
    appears to have a natural talent for solving
    puzzles and is disciplined in various spells.

    They decide to send her to Ancient Kimia,
    in hopes her natural abilities might find
    Lord Fenris. The rest of Vingtor's
    alchemists have decided to travel the
    world for artifacts and relics
    that might aid the search.

  143. The entrance to the Grimoire Grand Hall
    is accessed by using three keys, known as the
    Trismegistus.

    Only one key has ever been found on the
    island. No alchemist has ever been able to
    find the other two keys.

    Thus begins the journey of Hlodyn Daeg.
    To seek out the other two Trismegistus,
    to find Lord Fenris alive, and to determine
    why he left his people...
